SympifyApps Privacy Policy
This policy explains the limited information processed when you visit the SympifyApps website. Each product also publishes a notice for the data needed by its own workflow.

Public website data
The public website does not require an account. We process ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure pages, such as IP address, time, requested route, browser or device details, and limited diagnostic records.
Support and optional analytics
If you contact us, we process the message and contact details you choose to provide. After consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions on public pages. Private product capability URLs and their secret fragments are excluded from analytics.
Your choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics from the cookie banner and review that choice from the footer. You may also use browser controls to remove stored preferences. Contact us to ask about information contained in a support conversation.
Product data and private links
Product workflows may store the content needed to provide their function. Read the privacy notice linked from that product. Keep private capability links confidential and avoid entering unnecessary or sensitive personal information.
Retention and updates
Technical and support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, support, and legal obligations. We may update this policy when services or applicable requirements change.
